THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit ad idem that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is similar to W.P.Nos.12260 & 12711/2019 considered and disposed of by this Court on 25.06.2019 and the present writ petition deserves to be disposed of in similar terms.
2. Writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.12260 & 12711/2019. The impugned order at Annexure-B dated 01.06.2015 in R.P.No.909/2012 is set aside and the proceedings are restored to the file of the respondent No.1 – Regional Transport Authority, Bengaluru Rural to consider the petitioner’s application for renewal of stage carriage permit in accordance with law.
The respondent No.1 shall conduct joint survey of the routes in question and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, in an expedite manner, in any event, not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
