JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undertake repairing of the house.
It appears from the jail report that the convict was released on temporary bail from 20.4.2011 to 9.6.2011 and thereafter he had submitted application for temporary bail on the ground of farming activity, which came to be rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.15533 of 2011. Therefore, the ground is not inspiring any confidence. Hence, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the present application is rejected. Rule discharged.
