JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail for the purpose of farming.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP, Mr.Pandya, based on the report of Paliyad Police Station has submitted that the applicant is the only son of his father and there are other cousin brothers who are looking after the farming.
From jail remarks, we find that on earlier occasion, the applicant-convict has enjoyed temporary bail and furlough leave and he has surrendered to the jail authority in time.
Considering the totality of the facts, it is ordered that the applicant-convict shall be enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release on personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of like amount and with the further direction that applicant shall surrender to the jail authority on expiry of the period granted by this Court.
Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
