Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The writ Court vide order dated 13 August 2012 disposed of the writ petition. Relevant portion of the order is extracted:
"Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the subsequent mark sheet issued to the petitioner for the purpose of undergoing the Special BTC Training Programme 2008 and while doing so if any doubt is raised, the authority can certify the same from the respondent no. 4 i.e. Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut through its Registrar. He shall take decision in this behalf within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order."
Pursuant thereof, the competent authority vide order dated 27 November 2012 decided the representation of the applicant which has been placed on record along with the affidavit of compliance dated 9 January 2013.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record. Notice(s) discharged.
