1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to extend protection to the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted that both the petitioners are major, the petitioner no.1 was born on 07.09.2000 as per her high-school mark sheet issued from Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. The petitioner no.2 is also major as per his high-school mark sheet. Both the petitioners has solemnized their marriage on 25.11.2019 in Arya Samaj Mandir, Kanpur Dehat.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioner in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
