Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice for the respondents no. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to the respondent no. 3 fixing a date immediately after one month.
All the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and on perusal of the FIR, it is provided that investigation may be continued but the petitioners may not be arrested in case crime no. 369 of 2010, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 419, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur till the next date of listing or till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. whichever is earlier. However, it is provided that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when called upon to assist in the investigation.
