The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 831 (Smt. Aliyasi and Others vs. Smt. Piyari), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, which is pending before the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil - Nautanwa, District - Maharajganj, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Nautanwa, District - Maharajganj shall decide the Mutation Case No. 831 (Smt. Aliyasi and Others vs. Smt. Piyari), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
