This petition has been filed for a direction to the District Basic Education Officer, Pilibhit to pay salary for the post of Assistant Teacher on which the petitioner was appointed along with arrears of salary from the month of February 2018 with interest thereon.
Sri Shatrughan Yadav, holding brief of Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 5 submits that the District Basic Education Officer, Pilibhit has passed the order dated 20 August 2018 which has been placed before the Court in which orders have been passed for releasing salary of the petitioner. The order dated 20 August 2018 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Pilibhit is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid order and the statement of the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 5, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the concerned authority and, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
