The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the execution court i.e. Subordinate Judge's Court, Ernakulam to defer delivery in E.P.No.407/2011 in O.S.No.196/2010 till such time as the petitioner is able to bring up Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court. 2. After having heard the learned counsel on both sides, it is felt that even though a direction as such could not be granted, the petitioner can be given a breathing time to make arrangements to have the Special Leave Petition brought before the Bench.
Therefore, this original petition is disposed of directing the Subordinate Judge's Court, Ernakulam to keep in abeyance the O.P.(C) No.2912/2014 2 delivery in E.P.No.407/2011 in O.S.No.196/2010 for a period of one week from today.
