1.0 This Court on 08.02.2012 passed the following order:

"Learned counsel for the appellant will take necessary action to serve the unserved respondent/s on or before 12.03.2012, failing which the matter will stand dismissed qua the said respondent/s. S.O to 12.03.2012.

Office is directed to call for the R & P, so as to reach this Court on or before 12.03.2012."

2.0 In spite of the aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
