The present applicant -convict is co-convict of Criminal Misc. Application No.8531 of 2012 named Razak Musabhai Gandhar who is granted temporary bail by order passed today as he is to attend the marriage of his sister.
The present convict is undergoing life imprisonment for offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. He has undergone 6 years, 10 months and 2 days as on 1.6.2012.
Earlier the convict has enjoyed temporary bail on 6 different occasions and reported in time. He has enjoyed furlough leave on 3 different occasions and reported in time.
There is nothing adverse reported against him.
For the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.
The convict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the above temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
