This petition has been filed for direction to conduct investigation of Case Crime No.0052 of 2019, police station Milak, district Rampur in a fair manner.
From the submissions made, it appears that the petitioner had moved an application for similar relief before the Magistrate concerned which has been rejected. The order of the learned Magistrate has not been challenged.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition in appropriate jurisdiction by challenging the order of learned Magistrate.
Consequently, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
The certified copy of the enclosures shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining photo copies thereof.
