This revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 22.10.2002 whereby the J.M.-I, Lucknow in criminal case No. 872 of 2001 whereby the O.P.No. 2 and 3 has been acquitted for the offence punishable uder section 504, 506, 452, 352 IPC.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the alleged occurrence has taken place on 3.4.1993. In this case nobody has sustained any injury. The trial court has extended the benefit of the doubt to the accused O.P. No. 2 and 3. The order of the acquital passed by the trial court is also posssible view.
In such circumstances, it is not proper to interfere in the impugned order of the acquittal. This revision is deooid of merit.
Accordingly it is dismissed.
