The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents authorities not to make any construction around the plot no. 588 and to treat the same as 'Charagah'.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with a direction that if the petitioner submits a representation before the respondent no. 5, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, District Prayagraj in respect of the relief claimed in the writ petition within fifteen days from today, the respondent no. 5 shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law within a further period of one month.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
