Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of the gaon sabha and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner is seeking demarcation of his land and for this purpose he has also filed an application. Some orders have also been passed by the authority concerned.
In such view of the matter, the authority concerned is directed to decide the demarcation proceedings and in case any number is required for such proceedings, the same may be done by the authority concerned and proceeding be decided within a period of four months strictly in accordance with law from the date of production of a self-attested copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
