JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. on behalf of the State.
The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned First Information Report registered at case Crime No. 0021/2021, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Harraiya, District Balrampur.
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner makes a statement at the Bar that the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested in the aforesaid case crime.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
