1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the stay application in Criminal Revision No.30/2019 (Ali Ahmad and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) arising out of Case No.493 of 2018 under Section 146(1) Cr.P.C., P.S. Marihayun, district Jaunpur pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Jaunpur.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that against the order dated 14.2.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Madiyahu, Jaunpur, the applicant has preferred Criminal Revision No.30 of 2019 before the Sessions Judge, Jaunpur which has been admitted. However, no order has been passed on the stay application. He prays for consideration of such application on merit.

In view of the fact noted above, the application is disposed of with direction to the court below to make all efforts to hear and decide the Criminal Revision No.30/2019 in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
