The writ petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia prays for a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for renewal of Visa.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the nature of relief as prayed for by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the request made by the petitioner for renewal of Visa by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
