Heard Mr S.S. Haider, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in this writ petition is First Information Report relating to Case Crime No. 2 of 2010 under Sections 498-A, 504 IPC read with 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, PS Hanswar, District Ambedkar Nagar, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
Learned A.G.A. submits that since sufficient material was found against the petitioner, charge sheet No. 16/2010 dated 27.3.2010 has been filed. Therefore, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
