Following orders were passed in the matter on 19.4.2018:-
"Grievance is that despite an order passed in favour of the petitioner on 20.2.2018 by the District Inspector of Schools, Mirzapur, the petitioner has not been paid salary, although the adverse proceedings initiated against him by the Committee of Management has been specifically disapproved.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions from the respondent no.4.
Post as fresh on 26.4.2018".
Sri Vivek Rai, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions states that the authorities have already issued instructions to the management to allow the petitioner to resume work and to submit his salary bill. It is stated that the required action, at the level of the educational authorities have already been taken.
Considering the stand taken by the respondents, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the District Inspector of Schools, Mirzapur to ensure that the petitioner is extended benefit on the strength of the order concerned, in accordance with law. In case management fails to cooperate, it shall be open for the authorities to act against it, in accordance with law. The required action shall be taken within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
