JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court apprehending that revenue officials will act upon at the behest of the party respondents to effect mutation in respect of the property situated in Re-survey No.56/6, 56/1 and 56/4 of Karukachal Village in Changanacherry Taluk of Kottayam District. The petitioners' case is that the above property belong to them absolutely and in their possession and it is submitted that the party respondents have no right over the property. However, apprehending that they are attempting to create some documents in respect of the property, the petitioners raised Ext.P3 objection before the Tahsildar, Changanassery, the 3rd respondent. In view of the above, the Tahsildar shall dispose of any application submitted by the party respondents only after adverting to the WP(C).No.32316 of 2014-L.
2 objection and hearing the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
