The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of two suits pending on the file of the court of the I Additional Munsiff of Neyyattinkara. O.S. No. 143/2009 and O.S. No. 1039/2011 are for declaration of title and possession of the very same property.
2. It is for the court below to consider whether there should be a joint trial or simultaneous trial of the two suits relating to the same subject matter. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suits within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
