Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned standing counsel states that the claims of the petitioners for grant of minimum in the pay scale subject to verification of all facts being left open, shall be duly considered and disposed of by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law and bearing in mind the decision of the Supreme Court in Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and Others, Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018, decided on 14.11.2018. This exercise shall be concluded with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, noted above.
