In Ref: Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No. 5 of 2019 By the order dated 21.2.2019 matter has been referred to Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the petitioners were directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- within 3 weeks. The petitioner could not deposit the aforesaid amount within the time allowed by the order dated 21.2.2019. Hence this application for extension of time has been filed.
The learned counsel for the petitioners informs that draft of the amount is ready.
In this circumstance, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to comply with the order dated 21.2.2019 within 10 days from today.
With the above directions, this application is disposed of finally.
