This Court vide order dated 21.07.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.25500 of 2014 in W.P.No.20327 of 2014 directed the Registrar to receive, register and release the documents in respect of the petitioner property to an extent of Ac.2.64 cents situated at Chowdavaram Revenue Village of Guntur Municipality Area, Guntur District.
As per the averments in the counter affidavit filed, the document presented by the petitioner was registered and released on 05.11.2014. Thus, the order dated 21.07.2014 is complied with. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand dismissed.
