Heard Sri Rakesh Pande, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sanjai Singh, learned counsel for the respondent bank.
This petition has been filed praying that the petitioners' request for certain re-schedulement of payment should be considered by the bank keeping in view the fact that the request of the petitioners for reimbursement on account of the insurance which is part of the tripartite agreement is pending consideration.
Sri Sanjai Singh submits that it is open to the petitioners to approach the bank and the bank shall consider the request in case any bonafide or genuine offer is made.
We therefore dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the respondent no.2 to consider any such request made by the petitioner in accordance with law and inform the petitioners accordingly preferably within a period of three weeks.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
