O R D E R The subject matter of this Writ Petition is akin to that in W.P.No.48194/2018 and other connected matters that have been disposed off vide judgment dated 21.12.2018 wherein, this court has laid down certain principles which govern referring of the answer sheets for the 3rd or 5th valuation, as the case may be. There is no reason to deviate from what is already held by this court in similar matters.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition succeeds in part; the petitioner is granted the same relief as is granted in the aforesaid cognate writ petition; accordingly respondent-University is to process the matter forthwith.
