ORDER:
The order impugned is passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukuru and is dated 10.09.2014.
2. Petitioners can as well approach the revisional authority under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.
The said remedy being efficacious and alternative, it is not necessary to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court by entertaining this writ petition. Petitioners are, therefore, at liberty to avail the said alternative remedy and they are also at liberty to file an appropriate interim application and request the revisional authority to consider and pass appropriate orders in the interlocutory application filed along with the revision at the earliest.
The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
