ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings No.EE/C/CMO/RTPP/T/F./D.No.1784, dated 10.11.2014, for cancellation of allotment of Quarter No.G-288, RTPP, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to suspend the proceedings, dated 10.11.2014.”
After arguing the case, Sri Venkat Reddy Kodumury, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44525 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
