After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with a prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, challenging the amendment introduced in Regulation-101 of the Regulations framed under the Act, 1921 as well as the order impugned.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
