Order on Correction Application No. 1 of 2021 Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 13.12.2021.
In the sixth/seventh line of the 12th paragraph of the order dated 13.12.2021, words "till the submission of report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. by the investigating officer" be deleted and substituted by the words "till the next date of listing". Further, in paragraph 15, words "soon after submission of report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. or 90 days, whichever is earlier" and whole paragraph 16 be deleted.
Correction application is allowed.
