JUDGMENT / ORDER

BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES Heard Mr. Nanavati, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and perused the note for Speaking to Minutes.
It is clarified that in the order dated 01.08.2012 passed by this Court, instead of words "with Respondent no.2-Bank", it be read as with the Registry of this Court.
It is further clarified that words "and the same shall be kept in a separate loan account against the outstanding dues of the petitioner" shall stand deleted from the said order.
With the above clarification, the Speaking to Minutes note stands disposed of.
