It has been pleaded on behalf of the respondent-State that ten motorcycles have been recovered at the instance of the applicant from Civil Hospital, Lucknow. Modus oprendi adopted by the applicant and his gang was that the motorcycles would be taken and kept parked in the Parking of Civil Hospital, Lucknow. In due time they were sold to one Sarfaraz in Nepal.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the motorcycles, allegedly recovered, have not been connected with any case crime number.
Let investigating officer of this case remain present alongwith written reply explaining as to which recovered motorcycle is connected with this case crime number.
