Heard Sri Phool Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.
Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the opposite party no. 2/Commissioner, Moradabal Mandal, Moradabad to consider and conclude the Case No. 00484 of 2019 (Computer Case No. D201913380000484) (State Vs. Akram Ali) under section 3/4 Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Gunda Act, 1970 at Police Station Amroha Dehat, District Amroha, expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to the opposite party no. 2/Commissioner, Moradabal Mandal, Moradabad to consider and conclude the Case No. 00484 of 2019 (Computer Case No. D201913380000484) (State Vs. Akram Ali) under section 3/4 Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Gunda Act, 1970, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
