The grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is against the putting up of a sign board "Bus Stop' in front of the building belonging to the petitioner. A supermarket and ATM counters are functioning in the said shopping complex and a part of the said building is being used for residential purpose by the petitioner and his family. It is the specific contention of the petitioner that neither the municipality nor the transport authorities granted any sanction for putting up of such a board in front of the petitioner's building. It is in the said circumstances that this writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to remove the said sign board. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition the said sign board was removed from the spot. In the said circumstances, recording the said submission made on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition is closed. dlk Sd/-
