JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of the appeal at Ext.P7. The appeal itself is seen filed only on 30.07.2014. This Court is of the view that there is no lethargy on the part of the appellate authority in considering the appeal since only three months had elapsed from the time of filing of the appeal. Necessarily, the appeal filed before the appellate authority would have to be considered in the turn in which it has been filed. This Court is of the opinion that no mandamus can be issued at this stage. The writ petition would stand dismissed.
