JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated by the police.1.1Kg Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is below commercial quantity. There is no public witness of recovery Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I think it to a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant namely, Aklu involved in Case Crime No. 594/10, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.s. Act, P.S. Shyamdeurwa, District Maharajganj be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
