ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Anand Seshu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Company.
The petitioner is working as a Contract Labour in the first respondent-Company since 1992. He passed 10th Class in April, 1987 and I.T.I. (Electrician) in the year 1992. Earlier he appeared for the post of Junior Lineman before the APSEB, but he was not selected. Again he applied for the said post on 20.4.2012, but he has not received any call letter from the respondents. He submitted that interviews for the said post are going on and if he is not called for interview, he will suffer irreparable loss. In the aforesaid circumstances, the respondents are directed to issue call letter to the petitioner and permit him to participate in the selection process to the post of Junior Lineman.
The Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending consideration shall stand closed. No costs.
