Jyothi, AGA for R1; Sri.S.Sriranga, Advocate for R2 and R3) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the R-2, 3 to include the names of the petitioners in the list of persons issued/circular dated 20.03.2018 on 20.03.2018 [Annexure – J] who have been called for verification of records for appointment by selection to the post of Assistant Engineer [Ele] and consider their claims for appointment to the said post pursuant to the impugned resolution on subject No.109/A05 dated 19.02.2018 [Annexure – H] along with other similarly placed persons.
These petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petitions.
Memo is placed on record. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
