THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 14105 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Going by the prayer of the writ petition, the writ petition is not maintainable. After the decision is taken by the Election Commission, according to us, it is not justiciable for us to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
