JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction, forbearing the 2nd Respondent from interfering in a civil dispute and causing unnecessary harassment to petitioner and her family members.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent police are interfering in civil dispute between the petitioner and one Selvam and hence the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3.Heard Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Police are not interfering in civil dispute but actually the Police have registered cases in Crime No.23 of 2017 under Sections 447,427,294(b),323 and 506(i) I.P.C. and Crime No.93 of 2017 under Section 147,294(b),447,427,506(ii) and 379 I.P.C. against the petitioner on the complaints given by one Selvam. Learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted in order to thwart the investigation in the above F.I.Rs., registered against the petitioner, she has filed the present writ petition.
5.Since the petitioner has involved in two criminal cases, the relief prayed for cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
