JUDGMENT / ORDER

The appeal was filed with a delay of 862 days. C.M. Application No.2074/2011 filed for condonation of delay was allowed on payment of costs Rs.1,000/-. The order was passed on 28.2.2013. So far cost has not been paid. Hence the C.M. Application stands dismissed and the appeal memorandum stands rejected.
