Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:-
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.8.2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 265 of 2021, under Sections- 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C., Police Station- Utraon, District- Prayagraj.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report dated 20.8.2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 265 of 2021, under Sections- 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C., Police Station- Utraon, District- Prayagraj."
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to apply for anticipatory bail.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to apply for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioners.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
