Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 255/1566 dated 10.08.2006 (Akhtar Bano Vs. Rahim) under section 34 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Tehsildar Kasya, District-Kushinagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No. 255/1566 dated 10.08.2006 (Akhtar Bano Vs. Rahim) under section 34 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Tehsildar Kasya, District-Kushinagar, shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
