Two supplementary affidavits have been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner. The same may be taken on record.

The mother of the child, namely, Shakeena Bano is said to have died in T.B. Sapru Hospital/ Beli Hospital Allahabad on 11.10.2015 and she was admitted in that hospital on 01.10.2015; that she was allotted bed no. 28 in Mahila Ward. So C.M.O. of the aforesaid hospital is directed to send a report to this court on or before the date fixed as to whether she was herself admitted or was got admitted by some other person. If she was admitted by some other person or was brought by some other person to the hospital, the name and relationship with the deceased of that person may also be disclosed in the report.
From the perusal of the letter dated 26.10.2015 by the President, Child Welfare Society, Allahabad, it transpires that some lady claiming herself to be the Nani of the child in question had appeared before the aforesaid Committee and had claimed herself to the Guardian of that child but the name of that lady is not mentioned in that letter. So the President of the aforesaid Committee is directed to disclose the name of that lady and to send a copy of any application moved by her along with his report.
The petitioner no. 1 Akhtar Ali Alias Pintoo may file any document showing his relationship with the deceased Shakeena Bano ( Sakina Bibi).
