Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer t quash the entire proceedings in pursuance of judgment and decree dated 22.5.2017 passed by I Civil Judge (J.D.), Hapur in original suit no. 182 of 2009 of complaint case no.1590 of 2009 under sections 419, 420, 424, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Hapur, District Ghaziabad (Now Hapur) pending in the Court of C.J.M., Hapur.
On the basis of prayer made in the application, extra-ordinary jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked, as the applicants have opportunity to file the copy of the said judgment and order passed in the aforesaid civil suit before the court concerned and the court concerned is enough competent to pass the order in accordance with law.
Application stands disposed of.
