Heard the counsel for the parties.
The orders challenged in the present writ petition have been passed in mutation proceedings registered under the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901.
It has been stated by the counsel for the parties that the village has been notified under the consolidation operations and the consolidation operations are going on in the village. In that view of the matter, the title of the parties shall be decided by the consolidation courts and the petitioners shall have an opportunity to litigate their rights before the consolidation authorities.
It is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
