2. The petitioner's application dated 16.12.2017 for grant of fire-arm license is stated to be pending before the District Magistrate, Kaushambi.
3. Without entering the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Kaushambi to decide the aforesaid application, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
