Heard and perused the record.
Since the order dated 23.06.2010 listing the appeal in usual course has been inadvertently typed, therefore, the aforesaid order is replaced with the following order: -
"Heard and perused the record.
Admit.
Let the record of the learned Lower Court be summoned.
Since the accused has already been enlarged on bail by the trial court after the conviction, I do find it expedient that the same bail order be continued subject to furnishing fresh bail bonds on the same terms and conditions for the purpose of this criminial appeal and the same may be sent with the record of the learned Lower Court.
Let this appeal be listed in usual course for hearing.
In the meantime, the operation of the order of conviction, judgment and senttence passed by the learned Lower Court, shall remain stayed till the disposal of this appeal."
