Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is the FIR relating to Case Crime No.619 of 2010 under Sections 356 I.P.C. which was later on converted under SEction 411/420/467/468 I.P.C., Police Station Gurubuxganj, District Raebareli.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR. Since it discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such the same cannot be quashed.
Petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is provided that if the petitioner surrenders and moves application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, by the courts below.
